ORDER OF PUBLIC EXCOMMUNICATION OF DONALD J. TRUMP
It is clearly known unto us that DONALD J. TRUMP, sometime baptized in the name of the Father, and of
the Son and of the Holy Ghost, and so reputed and accounted for Christians, has fearfully fallen from the society
of Christ's body, and in the conduct of the Office of President of the United States, in violation of his constitutional
oath faithfully to execute the Office of President of the United States and to preserve, protect, and defend the
Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully
executed, has committed the following wicked offences, which by the Law of God deserves eternal damnation:
While running for office, the president of the United States publicly asked Russia to reveal his opponent's email correspondence.
Russia successfully interfered in our presidential election with the intent of helping Trump, by hacking the computer systems of his opponent.
The president's closest associates, including his Attorney General, former National Security Adviser, and son-in-law have made false claims under oath during background checks and confirmation hearings about their contacts with agents of the Russian government.
The President has said on national television that he fired the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation because of the FBI's investigation of Russian electoral interference.
Trump asked the Director of National Intelligence, in presence of the Director of the CIA, to impede the FBI investigation of National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, a close Trump associate who kept secret his contacts with Russia.
Former FBI Director James Comey has testified to the Senate Intelligence Committee that Trump requested his ''loyalty'', a request House Speaker Paul Ryan acknowledges is an inappropriate threat to the FBI's independence and urged him to drop the Flynn investigation.
Trump told Russian officials that firing Comey had relieved ''great pressure'' because of Russia.
In all of this DONALD J. TRUMP has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional
government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of
the United States.
We having place in the ministry, with grief and dolor of our hearts, are compelled to draw the sword granted by
God to his church: that is, to excommunicate from the society of Jesus Christ, from his body the church, from participation
of sacraments, and prayers with the same, DONALD J. TRUMP; and therefore, in the name and authority of the eternal
God, and of his Son Jesus Christ, we pronounce DONALD J. TRUMP to be excommunicate; and charge all that favor
the Lord Jesus to repudiate him until such time as that either the Lord Himself has punished the offender as His
law commands, or that the offender is reconciled to the church again by public repentance. And in the meantime,
we earnestly desire all the faithful to call upon God to move His heart so to punish such wicked crimes; but also
to touch the heart of the offender, that he may deeply consider how fearful it is to fall into the hands of the
Eternal God, and that by unfeigned repentance he may apprehend mercy in Jesus Christ, and so avoid eternal damnation.
